A Texas native, Shanda O’Neill is a dog mom, community leader, artist. She grew up with a ream of copier paper and a box of drawing supplies at her side and never thought that being an artist could be a full time job. In 2019 she a friend started a public art and mural program. While mentoring high school students, her motivation and creativity heightened and her drive to produce meaningful artwork is strong.

Shanda’s evolution into public arts and muraling allowed her to learn the business of the art industry and use those tools in her own personal work. Her us of acrylics, colored pencils and charcoal allow her to produce detailed and thoughtful works of the human figure, animals and nature.
