Savvas Sarafidis (1973, Athens) is a designer with a broad interest in planning and environmental issues but also the visual arts and music. As principal of ss.mm design, he specialized in the design and construction management of private residences, apartment and mixed-use buildings that uniquely reflect both the identity and cultural character of the client and the local environment. His personal academic work and his ss.mm work have been published at various Greek and international print and digital media and have been presented at festivals and exhibitions. He has been invited as a guest critic and guest lecturer at various academic institutions in Greece and abroad.

Since 2016, he has been working again in New York sharing his experience, international presence and extensive background in the field of design and management of construction projects. He possesses strong capabilities in applying 3D modelling techniques to the design process, a passion for design development strategies and the use of space. His freehand sketches are very much expressive and detailed at the same time.
