Hello there! My name is Stacey Mc Carney and I am the founder of Stacey Mc Carney Design, a Surface Pattern Design and Illustration brand. My work is a varied mix of mediums, always beginning with hand-drawn artwork before being coloured with watercolour, digitally in Photoshop or occasionally Vector patterns.

Most of my inspiration comes from the beautiful nature and wildlife around me. I am based from my home studio in Ireland, where lovely flowers, open countryside and roaming animals, spark my imagination and ignite ideas for my artwork and patterns.

My Best life moments: Having my 2 beautiful children, who give me a fresh and magical view of the world around me!

My Future Goal: To live in my dream rustic, yet modern Farmhouse with a garden of wildflowers, vegetables and chickens. Somewhere that will become my favourite place in the world!
