Hello! And thanks for visiting, I'm so happy you're here. My name is Stacie Martinez and I am the founder of The Lucky Bandana, a design and illustration studio based in Santa Monica, CA. My work typically includes a minimalist design and color palette combined with lettering, all done in hand-painted techniques or crisp vector illustrations.
In my heart I'm a Francophile, and recently I was lucky enough to live in Paris for 3 months where I was inspired by the beautiful building facades and cobblestone streets, stormy skies and delicious food. Of course, being in Santa Monica I am also moved by the ocean and mountains, and a simple walk around the block reveals an array of flowers and plants worth noticing. I am motivated to take all of these inspirations and make useful and meaningful designs and illustrations that put a smile on your face!
