I am a self-taught artist specializing in graphite sketches and acrylic painting. As a child I always loved art and drawing when I became older, life happened and I stopped creating for awhile. In the summer of 2019, I was inspired to pick up a paint brush. I began painting and fell head over hills back in love with art. I became determined to see how far it would lead. I am passionate about my work and am in love with the process of learning this craft.

I am a wife and a mother of two boys. My children have inspired me to believe in myself and remember that creativity has always been my passion. In childhood we have all the confidence in the world, and have the luxury of believing we can be anything we want to be. As an adult, I now strive to get back to that place of believing I can be, and create, anything.

My inspiration for each piece comes from an array of different sources. I enjoy painting the details of a birds feather or the softness of a flower petal. I also enjoy painting landscapes as well. I am interested the further investigation of the human figure in nature. I plan to pursue this farther in the future, particularly viewing how children interact with the world around them.
