The Frown Clown is a visual artist primarily focused on working with the figure as an expressive tool. The artistic temperament leans towards horrific emotional narratives, textured and stylized renderings, and a stark palette. The images are graphically frank in their intensity and emotional content. The theme of many projects undertaken explore issues of gender, sexuality, potency and transformation.
