Once upon a time somewhere on the internet I saw an adult reward sticker and thought it was hilarious. I wished I had thought of it first. But then I started coming up with my own ideas for stickers. And then I started making them and posting them on Instagram. And @thegrownupawards was born.

There are a few adult reward stickers out there these days, but all of @thegrownupawards stickers are authentically my own, from the ideas to the copy to the design. And the occasional person who tells me I should make a sticker for whatever it was they did that day.
