Katherine (tsurukameafrʘ). A TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) graduate with a lifelong passion to create. Aspires to find ways for Arts integration in teaching English to children around the world, hopefully in regions where access to education is limited. She is currently exploring repetition using oil pastel and colored pencil in the ongoing series of "Zoshoku (増殖)". This a Japanese term for growth and multiplication, especially of bacteria. Artists she is greatly inspired by include Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, Edouard Manet, Georges Seurat, Paul Signac, Richard E. Miller, Yayoi Kusama, and many others.
