Wedgehitch means "your face" in arabic. It´s about all different "faces", that we see in the mirror through the life. It´s an tribute to all differenses we meet in ourselves in the future. It´s a reminder to cherish all changes as an important history stamp that made us stronger. Otherwise our soul will stab us if we don´t accept our own changes.

The originals are made in patchwork from vintage fabrics. Some fabrics are over 100 years old and was my grandmas in Baghdad. I mix and match different colors and the music that I listen to when I work decide what kind of mix the final result will get, and it´s always a surprise even to me how the result will be.
