Hi there! I'm Helena, a freelance artist and designer based in Northern Ireland. I work primarily in acrylics, watercolour and soft pastels. My hope is that my work evokes a feeling rather than you just seeing a pretty painting.

I'm inspired by the wild, dramatic nature that surrounds me - the textures of the bleak, sweeping moors and rocky coastline definitely find a way into my work. My work incorporates my love of bright colour and a bright pop generally finds its way into my work - I can't help it!

When I'm not painting, you can find me hiking the stunning Irish hills with my husband, travelling our amazing planet, sipping Yorkshire tea from pretty ceramic mugs or gorging on chocolate and terrible reality TV.
