Yasar Sakman was born in 1990, the artist spent the first years of his life in Izmir. He continued his interest in painting as an amateur in this city since his childhood. After graduating from Mersin University in 2012, he moved to Istanbul in 2019 and focused more on painting. He continued his career in global companies serving in the telecommunication and pharmaceutical sectors in Istanbul.

The artist likes to prioritize all contrary attitudes while revealing his works. The artist, who uses everything that cannot be said or explained in the stories of his works, which is considered shameful in terms of social morality, offers a different visual dimension.

The artist, who opposes the fact that nudity (nudism, eroticism) in art is a socially rejected and excluded form in societies throughout history, likes to use this theme in his paintings. The artist has started living in The United States of America since 2022
