I am a small-time artist from Japan. As my country is flooded with cuteness, I wanted my art to reflect an image of society not presented on the surface- which is why the subjects of my art give off an apathetic, aloof, indignant, or annoyed tone. I try in all my art to embrace our concept of wabi sabi (佗⇔寂), which is something like finding natural beauty in the asymmetrical. Things that are not normal are intriguing, as the pattern of life is ever similar.
