Giada Tagliamonte (zada tagli) is a visual artist, designer and creative director. Heavily influenced by Western and Eastern classical aesthetics, Giada's work merges painting, performance and animation into immersive metaphysical landscapes fluctuant in a limbo of nowhere and everywhere, no-one and everyone, now and never. Tagliamonte's work has appeared internationally in galleries, festivals and public events including Contemporary Visions Video Art Biennale (Europe-wide), Urban Design Festival (Toride, Japan), Institute of Contemporary Art Singapore, 251 D-Park (Beijing, China), Center of Contemporary Art (Seattle, WA), Sartoria Bassani (Milano, Italy). Giada Tagliamonte graduated from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia, cum Lauda in 2008, received her Master of Art Fine Arts from LASALLE College of the Arts in partnership with Goldsmiths University of London, in 2015. Born in Italy, after almost 10 years spent between Hong Kong, Seattle, Singapore and Amsterdam, she currently lives and works in a small village in the Fränkische Schweiz, a 20 minutes drive from Nuremberg.
